Change the face of the beauty industry by sustainable development!
The second Latin American edition of the Sustainable Cosmetics Summit will take place in São Paulo, on 18-20th September.
Focal themes of this new edition are green formulations and sustainable packaging. The summit will discuss practical approaches of reducing the environmental footprint of cosmetic products by using green ingredients and ecological packaging. What novel green ingredients are emerging for cosmetic applications? What are the sustainability issues when using food ingredients and vegetable oils? How can brands reduce their packaging footprint by eco-design? How can the Cradel-2-Cradle design approach create positive impacts? Such Questions will be addressed in a high-level forum over the 3-day program.
Organized by Organic Monitor, the Sustainable Cosmetics Summit is a series of international summits that focuses on the leading issues the beauty industry faces concerning sustainability and ecological products. The aim of the summit is to encourage sustainability in the beauty industry by bringing together key stake-holders and debate these major issues in a high-level forum.
